3. Quotes and Pricing

3.3 Any additional work requested or discovered during the project will be quoted separately and requires approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

4.2 We may require a deposit before commencing work, typically 50% of the quoted amount.

4.3 Final payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

4.4 Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work.

5.2 Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered.

5.3 Changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 We provide a workmanship guarantee on all completed projects. The duration varies by project type and will be specified in your contract.

6.2 Materials and products may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

6.3 Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.

7. Access and Site Conditions

7.1 You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.

7.2 You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings and valuables.

7.3 We are not liable for damage to items left in the work area.

8. Insurance

Home Improve Team maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.

9.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
